Just one day before Jamaica celebrate their emancipation day, Dancehall Mega Dancehall super star Adidja ” Vybz Kartel Palmer and and his three co–accused will finally b eemancipated and freed by the jamaican Court of Appeal after they won their privy Privy council upheld the final appeal in March 2024.
