Marie Hull tells us about her brand “House of cousins tt”

I started House of Cousins TT with just two bottles and a simple idea: to give people in Trinidad and Tobago the chance to experience fragrances in a way that’s both exciting and accessible. Fragrance has always been the silent accessory, but lately, it’s been taking centre stage—especially on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, where scents go viral and everyone’s eager to find their next favourite.
At House of Cousins TT, I wanted to create a space where anyone could explore these trending fragrances without committing to a full bottle right away. From as little as 1 ml to 100 ml, our decants make it possible to wear-test scents like Asad, Club de Nuit, and Yara Candy, which have been making waves online. Whether it’s the allure of a vanilla-laced gourmand or the spark of a fruity floral, we make it easy for you to find out if the hype is real—before taking the plunge.
This journey has been about more than selling perfume; it’s about providing opportunities. For someone curious about a trending fragrance they saw on TikTok, it’s about being able to sample it and decide if it resonates with their personal style. It’s about making the magic of fine perfumery approachable, one drop at a time.
Being able to connect people to scents that spark joy and confidence has been such a rewarding experience. From my small beginnings to showcasing these offerings at beauty expos and pop-ups, it’s been incredible to watch people discover their signature scent in an environment that feels welcoming and fun.
So, if you’ve been eyeing a TikTok-famous fragrance, come and try it with us. You just might find the scent that tells your story.
