Ticket prices ranged from $670 for general admission to $2,700 for VVIP, leaving many fans disgruntled and disappointed by the failure to deliver as promised.

In a statement the online ticketing sales outlet said:

“Following a comprehensive review of the One Caribbean Music Festival, Island eTickets can confirm that three of the advertised headline performers did not appear at the event.

As the official ticketing platform, we are deeply disappointed that the event did not deliver the experience promised to patrons.

In accordance with our Merchant Service Agreement and internal policies, we have determined that the discrepancies between what was advertised and what was delivered are substantial.
