Sheldon Taylor (born August 1983) popularly known as Baba Dan, is a Trinbagonian dancehall artiste, singer and songwriter from Diego Martin, Trinidad.

In 2016 Baba had his first recognized release titled “My Girl” which jumpstarted his career in music, however it was in 2017 when Baba gained heavy recognition in the local dancehall world when he released his hit “Pole”

Baba has since released dancehall and soca music titled “Pen” , “Back It Up”, Boring Gyal” to name a few between 2018 – 2020

After taking some personal time off from the music scene, Babba has made his return in 2022 with his first release under the Brand Salute “Life Goes On” Though the song is one that was written to briefly explain his personal experiences during his break from music.

It is one that is also relatable to almost every person regardless of age, gender or background.
