Caribbean Culture Awareness Inc. Made History as they hosted Delaware’s First-Ever Caribbean Carnival “We are beyond excited to announce that Caribbean Culture Awareness Inc,nonprofit organization, is making history by organizing and hosting Delaware’s very first Caribbean Carnival! This momentous event has never been done before in the state, and they are extremely proud to be the ones bringing it to life”.

The team has been working tirelessly around the clock to make this vision a reality. The collaboration with our dedicated vendors and supporting sponsors has been an integral part of our mission to give back to the community. Most of all, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to the city of Dover for their unwavering support. This Carnival is not just an event; it’s a celebration of our vibrant Caribbean culture and heritage, and we’re thrilled to share it with everyone during the free event.

The festivities will kicked off at 12 noon on Loockerman Street, with a lively parade showcasing the vibrant colors, music, and spirit of the Caribbean. Following the parade, join us for a concert at Legislative Mall starting at 3:00 PM,where the celebration will continue with performances that will have you dancing and enjoying the rich cultural music of the Caribbean.

The event is a free and family-oriented event, and the Delaware team put together and invite people of all ages to join them and celebrate.

They believe that this Carnival will not only be a historic event for Delaware but also wonderful opportunity for the communities to come together, celebrate diversity, and enjoy a day full of fun and culture.
