This August, all roads lead to Ariapita Avenue for Pan on D Avenue XI, a vibrant cultural experience blending youthful energy with timeless tradition. Marking its 10th anniversary, the event isn’t just a pan parade it’s a pulse-pounding tribute to Trinidad and Tobago’s rich heritage, honoring both Independence Day and World Steelpan Month with flair. Hosted by the Woodbrook/St. James Community Association in collaboration with Pan Trinbago and the City of Port of Spain, this event continues to carry the rhythm of the nation forward while honoring the legacy of the late Councillor Cleveland Garcia, whose vision and dedication alongside the unwavering support of his beloved wife and children along with their small but passionate team helped shape this iconic celebration. Their commitment was not just to an event, but to a legacy of culture, unity, and pride. This year’s Pan on D Avenue stands as a continued heartfelt tribute to a husband, father, and cultural pioneer whose impact continues to echo through every note of the steelpan.

Set for Saturday 30th August, 2025, the festivities kick off at 6PM with a colorful cultural show before the steelbands roll from Taylor Street to Gatacre Street, culminating on the Adam Smith Square Main Stage. From veteran pan lovers to the TikTok generation, the Avenue will come alive with the sounds of top-tier steelbands, each performance echoing a powerful sense of pride, unity, and rhythm. Whether you’re a die-hard steelpan supporter, a soca chaser, or simply in the mood for some pure Trini vibes, this event strikes the perfect balance of tradition and modern-day flair.

More than just music, Pan on D Avenue is about preserving legacy and passing the torch. It’s about keeping names and memories alive through the heartbeat of the steelpan. As we celebrate a decade of rhythm, community, and culture, this year’s edition invites all generations young and old to walk, dance, and lime together in honor of where we’ve come from and the melodies that carry us forward. So, bring your crew, your family, or just your love for pan, and experience a night that truly captures the spirit of a nation.
