Soca artiste Ricardo Drue Has Died

Antiguan-born soca star Ricardo Drue has died.

According to a report by the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Drue was rushed to hospital after being found unresponsive in his room.

The Antigua Observer says he was pronounced dead at the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre around midday.

Drue, who got engaged to local soca diva Patrice Roberts last year and have a daughter together,

He known for his hits “Vagabond” and “Professional”. His 2014 hit “Vagabond”, gained international attention, following the 2016 debut of the video for American hip hop artistes, DJ Khaled’s and Nas’ collaboration, “Done”.
