As part of Creole Month, the COCO Dance Festival and the Alliance Française of Trinidad and Tobago present Danse le Madras : a special Conversation celebrating Caribbean identity through movement and fabric.

On Friday, October 24 from 5:30 p.m, there will be an engaging discussion on the Madras, its symbolism, and its vibrant presence in Caribbean dance and costume design.

The evening features artists and designers who bring this iconic fabric to life on stage, this event invites us to reflect on how tradition, color, and creativity intertwine in our cultural expressions.
