The Tobago all-inclusive experience gets a new home at The Habitat, promising more space, more vibe, more music and the same great Nirvana energy. This year’s Nirvana Fête en Blanc takes place on Saturday, October 31, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., at The Habitat on Winston Murray Boulevard, Friendship Estate, Tobago.
Nirvana continues to position itself as Tobago’s premier all-inclusive experience, built around elegant white attire, exceptional food and drinks, premium entertainment and an atmosphere that is sophisticated, exclusive and immersive. And this year, the experience is getting a change of scenery as the event moves from the Magdalena Grand Hotel.
But according to the producers, a change of venue does not mean a change in the vibe. In fact, they are promising more space, more vibe and more music, with enhanced décor and an atmosphere designed to take the Nirvana experience to another level. The culinary experience remains an important part of Nirvana, with a menu that showcases Tobago’s unique flavours and culinary qualities, complemented by drinks selected to be savoured and enjoyed. So, while the entertainment will undoubtedly keep guests moving, the food and drinks are expected to remain a major part of the experience.
This year’s entertainment lineup features Aaron St Louis “Voice” as the headline artiste, alongside Tobago’s leading band, QUA The Band, Freetown Collective and Coutain who is coming to see Mrs Walker, with a few surprises also promised along the way. And if Voice is going to headline the evening, patrons know “Mr Cyah Behave Himself” is going to give them everything they came for, alongside the other performers who will keep the energy going.
Then there are the masks. Organisers are introducing an element of mystery to Fête en Blanc, with masks and other details that will allow guests to discover the evening as it unfolds. What else might be waiting behind that elegant white setting? For now, the producers are keeping a few surprises to themselves.
And, of course, there is the all-important dress code. White is the order of the day, so if Nirvana is on your Carnival weekend plans, now is the time to start sorting out that outfit. With the event continuing to build its reputation as one of Tobago’s premium experiences, patrons are being advised to get their white outfits ready before they sell out.
Giving back also remains an important part of Nirvana. Over the years, part proceeds have supported back-to-school initiatives, the Children’s Christmas Extravaganza, food supplies for families in need and financial assistance to promising athletes. Each year, the organisers aim to identify a cause that deserves particular attention and use the Nirvana platform to make a meaningful contribution. This year, they intend to make a donation to an organisation in Tobago that provides support and services to children with autism.
So, with a new home at The Habitat, more space, more vibe, more music, a strong entertainment lineup, premium food and drinks and a little mystery behind the masks, Tobago is once again getting ready to dress in white and experience Nirvana Fête en Blanc.
