The team at Metamorphosis Dance Company did not disappoint as they celebrated 30 years of dance with a “Meta @30”, last weekend at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA), Port of Spain.

On Friday night they held their full-dress rehearsal, which I had the privilege to attend and capture some amazing choreography before opening night. With amazing Choreography by Toronto-based Ronald Taylor, Carol Yip Choy, Bridgette Wilson, Terry Springer and the lady of the moment Nancy Herrera herself.

Not forgetting live music by the National Steel Symphony Orchestra, UTT Percussion and double bassist Caitlyn Kamminga.

 It was truly a mesmerizing and unforgettable experience. Kudos to the team, and I hope you enjoy these images.
