First fete SOKA IN MOKA

The Trinity College grounds are set to come alive this weekend as Soka in Moka 26: Iron & Rhythm takes centre stage, officially marking the start of the Carnival 2026 season.
Dubbed the original first fete, the event runs this Sunday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., promising an early dose of rhythm, vibes and cultural energy.
With proceeds benefiting Trinity College, patrons can expect a celebration that blends music, community and purpose, setting the pace for what is shaping up to be a fast, exciting Carnival season
